Terms of use

1. Who can join
Anyone 18 or older, or younger with a parent or guardian, can join. Organisations must give true details about themselves.
2. Be honest
Do not pretend to be someone else. NGOs must only raise money for real work and use it as promised. Fake NGOs, fake projects or fake reviews are removed and may be reported to the authorities.
3. Gifts
Gifts go to the NGO for its stated cause. CHNF checks NGOs but cannot promise how every NGO uses money. Ask questions before you give. Tax receipts (such as 80G) are given by the NGO, not by CHNF. Refunds are decided by the NGO.
4. Vendors
Vendors are responsible for their goods, services, prices and delivery. Deals are between the NGO and the vendor.
5. Volunteering
Volunteers and NGOs agree on the work between themselves. Stay safe, meet in public places first, and report anything wrong.
6. Your content
You own what you post. You let CHNF show it on the platform. Do not post anything that is not yours to share.
7. Not allowed
Spam, hate, harassment, adult content, scams, selling personal data, or anything illegal. Do not try to break or overload the site.
8. Our rights
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. We may change these terms and will tell members about big changes.
9. Limits
CHNF is offered as it is. We work hard to keep it safe and running, but we are not responsible for actions of members.
