Be kind
Treat everyone with respect, even when you disagree.
Be honest
Share real stories, real photos and real numbers.
Respect privacy
Do not share personal details of others, especially children and people you serve, without consent.
No spam
Do not send the same message to many people. NGOs, please respect donor limits.
Keep people safe
Never ask for passwords or OTPs. Report scams and harmful behaviour.
Include everyone
No hate based on religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability, age or where someone is from.
Report problems
Use the Report button. Our team checks every report.
Breaking these rules can lead to removal of content or suspension of your account.
